I researched all of Shining Agency’s idols as references rather than goals. Since there’s always the possibility of having that sort of thing and being made prejudiced. Is there a person you have as your goal or aspiration? Because for me that was ordinary, you know? I didn’t think there was anything strange or difficult about it. I studied all the things I deemed necessary to become an idol. It was a schedule packed with voice training, dance, musical performance, lyrical composition, and general education. Those around me expected it, so for the sake of living up to that I took quite a variety of lessons. To say it was decided from the time I was born might be an exaggeration, but during my upbringing I thought it was natural that I should become an idol. (**Note: He means studying people in case it’s not clear!) Even I understood the fact that people live their lives differently. I’m a person who’s quick to absorb things however, it takes time until I truly understand something.
